Return Policy
At Skin Code Clinical, every product is developed with intention and designed to be used as part of a consistent, results-driven routine. Because of this, we encourage thoughtful purchasing and are always available to guide your selections prior to checkout.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Products must be gently used and contain at least 75% of the original product
- Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds are issued as store credit once the return is received and evaluated.
Please Note
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Bundles, kits, and promotional items are final sale
- Travel sizes and limited releases are not eligible for return

For this reason, individual results are not guaranteed, and we do not accept returns based solely on unmet expectations.
